The Series 10000 Deck Resurfacer Kit
The Series 10000 Deck Resurfacer Kit is a High Build,
eco-friendly, liquid applied membrane waterproofing
system. Each kit has a theoretical coverage of 200
square feet, and comes with five gallons of "Deck WB"
waterproofing membrane, two gallons of "Wear Max"
topcoat, one hundred feet of reinforcing fabric(type
two kit only), and instructions.
With just some common tools (brush, roller and frame,
masking tape, caulk gun, stir stick, etc.) you get a
deck that won't need to be touched for years.
Options
Type One. Apply directly to existing deck

Benefits:
- Bridge, and seal weather checked damage
- Eliminate splinters
- Waterproof top surface
- Provides uniform, easy to clean finish in several attractive colors
Disadvantages:
- does not provide waterproof under deck storage
- does not correct warped boards and toe stubbers
The process:
- pressure wash
- two coats of Deck WB
- broadcast antislip granules and backroll (see install instructions)
- two coats of Wear Max
- Done!
Type Two. Waterproof under deck Storage: apply over plywood
Benefits:
- Will aid in achieving a more even surface and eliminating "Toe Stubbers"
- Waterproof for storage under your existing deck
- Complete waterproofing for protection of joists, and other structural framing
Disadvantages:
The process:
- screw down 3/8" (minimum) plywood over existing decking
- Caulk seams in plywood
- strip coat and fabric reinforce
- put fabric in wet Deck WB
- two coats of Deck WB
- broadcast antislip granules and backroll (see install instructions)
- two coats of Wear Max
- Done!
